Spiraken Television Tuesday Ep 34: TMS, Prodigal Son, The Stand, Wandavision, The Watch & ZEP

It's Time For TV TUESDAY

 

 

In this  episode of Spiraken's Podcast about the latest Television episodes and series, Xan goes over the pilot episodes for two new television programs as well as the latest episodes of three other show we are discussing.

As usual all spoilers will be after the mid credits so if you have not watched the episodes, please stop listening when the music starts so you are not spoiled.

First off, Our intrepid Host discusses the latest episode of The Masked Dancer.

S1 E3 "Group B Playoffs- These Masks Don't Lie!"

Then he discusses the season premier of one of the most twisted crime drama procedural shows out there, Prodigal Son

S2E1 "It's All About The Execution" directed by Antonio Negret.

Next, our intrepid host goes over the lackluster latest episode of The Stand 2020

S1 E5 "Fear & Loathing in New Vegas" directed by Chris Fisher

After that, Xan goes on to discuss another Series Pilot Episode, the Long Awaited MCU tied in Television Series Wandavision

S1E1 "Filmed Before A Live Studio Audience" directed by Matt Shakman. (note, while two episodes were released, Xan decided to just go over the pilot episode and next week he will go over the following two episodes.)

And Finally, He discusses the newest episode of the progressively improving The Watch

S1 E4 "Twilight Canyons" directed by Brian Kelly.

As he discusses these television programs, he focuses on the declining quality of The Stand, the increasing narrative hook of The Watch, the potential story arc for season 2 of Prodigal Son and wonders if he should give up reviewing The Masked Dancer.
